***Important*** Starting August 1st 2022, our building will begin an extensive exterior construction project and the condo balcony will be closed until further notice. Construction will only be during the 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday. There will be construction noise during these daytime hours, but not into the evening or on the weekends. PLEASE READ - The condo balcony will be closed at all times for guest safety until further notice.

**UPDATE** May 21st 2024 - Construction has moved past our unit, but there may still be occasional noice. The balcony is still closed, but should be open soon.

There is an on going construction project on the exterior of the building, working from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday. No work in the evening hours or on the weekend. Noise levels depend on where they will be working on the building, so could be very very minimal or pretty loud during these hours.

The condo balcony will be closed during this project. Rates have been substantially reduced during this time.

During construction, you'll still have endless beachfront views, but will not be able to stand out on the balcony. However, the beachfront pool will be open and available at this time, which is just downstairs and a few steps away!
