Delightful Oversized and Newly Updated Studio 5-Minute Walk to River Front

Newly updated, fully furnished oversized (600 sq. feet) studio with full kitchen and just a stones throw from the Halifax River. Welcome to our town home located in a nice quiet neighborhood just a short walk to the Halifax River. This downstairs studio is very spacious and feels more like a one bedroom apartment with it's full kitchen. Enjoy a meal and a glass of wine on your own private patio. Prepare home cooked meals in your fully stocked kitchen or indulge in our coffee/tea bar and watch the sunrise on the river.
If being close to recreational activities and shopping amenities is important, you can't beat the location. The Riverfront Veterans Memorial Park is a short 5 minute walk. Take your gear for fishing, launch your boat, park your truck/trailer safely, throw your kayak in and keep your eyes peeled for dolphins and other sea life. There are tennis courts near by or enjoy a BBQ and picnic while watching the river. The Port Orange Riverwalk
Park is just a1.8 mile ride south and has an abundance of recreational activities for children and adults alike. For the kids there is a state of the art playground including a large water activity center with fountains and sprayers that the children go crazy for. For the adults, they provide rental services for kayaking/ canoeing/ paddle boarding, there are also fishing piers, concessions, and gazebo rentals. The list goes on. However, if you prefer beaches, Daytona Beach Shores "The Most Famous Beach in the World" (2 miles away) has plenty of fun in the sun. Daytona Lagoon, Daytona Boardwalk Amusements, and Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, just to name a few. You wont regret this delightful stay and the memories you make in the beautiful Daytona Beach, Florida.

There is a big problem with roaches! Parking sucks if you have a large vehicle(truck). There was a problem with door code/key. When we arrived at 2 am we couldn’t get in and then had to leave our things unsecured because we didn’t have a key. The person was available for contact and was helpful.

We loved this place as soon as we walked in. Very clean and welcoming. The unit is close to shopping and beaches. It is in a quiet neighborhood and an area we felt safe in. Our unit was on the main floor and fully equipped with the basic needs of a weeks stay. Other residents were quiet and respectful as we were for them. Outside area is well kept and had a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. There is a grill for use as well. We plan to book the same place next year just waiting to decide on dates. You won’t be disappointed. Landlord was very helpful and booking this unit through Vrbo was a breeze. See you next year!
