The hotel is run down, needs an extrwme make over, ita flithy, bugs were all over the 1st room . I had to get a new room. The florra were dirty and wore down bad, the water didn't turn off in the shower, etc. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

The receptionist was super nice. However the housekeeping service was terrible. The property ran out of toilet paper, towels & wash cloths. My family had to purchase our own from local stores. There were no trash cans in the room. The light bulbs in the room were out. The latch lock on the door was broken. The walls & floors in the room were very dirty. After showering & walking across the floors, the bottom of your feet get black and dirty. The receptionist was waiting on management the entire weekend to bring items to the property that they were out of. By the time my family checked out, management still did not show to the property with items.

I am never been in a hotel as dirtiest this days in hair in our bed pretty sure bedbugs they were black, and there was a lot of them, and the sheets did not look. They have been changed for a while, and the floors were nasty. I wouldn’t even take my shoes off I got in there and flipped the sheets back and I was like oh hell no we’re leaving, I wouldn’t go there. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there.

Room was described as "Non-Smoking", walked in and it smelled like a big cigarette ash tray. Ceiling looked like it had black mold on it and looked as if it was covered up in paint. Nosey people really no seclusion. Room had only 1 "ONE" towel and 1 wash cloth. Had to go to service desk in order to get more. My only Pro was the lady at front desk was very polite and very customer driven.

I came into town from camping for supplies, a hot shower or two, and laundry. All of which this hotel advertised it had. my camp shower bag has better water pressure. There are no towels or washcloths. I was given a story about them trying to borrow them which never happened. The laundry facilities are broken. I was given no discount for any of this. Yet charged $100 deposit in peace of damages. I reported the door jam is busted. The sink is busted. The air conditioner is busted. The room stunk so bad like mold I could hardly breathe. I’m thoroughly and totally disgusted with Expedia and will never book another room without viewing it first. I highly recommend any consumer do the same. No towels no washcloths. That’s a first. I deserve a total refund. I don’t normally leave bad reviews. However, not even having a towel or a washcloth. Deserves lots of bad reviews. That’s a minimal to stay at a hotel.

The room very unsafe wall outlets was exposed floor panels coming up bed linen dirty bathroom dirty you can push the room door open with a card and your hands it was a mess no towels was offered a bath mat to dry myself in a frequent Wyndham brand traveler and those standards were not met there are so many bad reviews of this hotel I should of did my research better

This was the worst vacation I ever had. Rooms were so dirty that I had to go buy cleaning supplies and take care of my room every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We killed a roach big enough to carry us away. Heartbreaking to know I spent almost $1,000 for this week of stay.

Price wise for bike week it was okay and in a great location to visit Destination Daytona. Location is a short drive to the other activites. The room was dirty. We removed out boots as soon as we got there, as it had been a wet ride. And our socks were black by time we reached the bathroom. The bedding was clean but had cigarette burns in the top blanket. There were brackets hanging on the walls and holes where pictures used to be. There was one, holey rolling chair in the room, no other seating. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. The staff was friendly which was nice. And while I95 is right there, the building does block alot of the noise. The "breakfast" was cereal, juice, apples and yogurt. Coffee was available in the lobby from 6:30-9:30, no coffee maker in the room (they did not advertise there was, this point is just a heads up). Honestly, for the price and location, we may concider staying here again, I'll just pack some cleaning supplies.

This place was a dump, their non-smoking room was filled with excessive smoke smell, there were holes in the walls, the shower was filthy, not a nice area, tape on the walls from somewhere that probably lived there, the floor was rotting and un- clean, the Hvac was junk loud and smelly, the staff loud outside of door not working on phone, etc. Desk staff Unknowledgeable and unhelpful. This stay was terrible, rude and uncaring. There was cockroaches in our room it was dirty the tiles were coming off the floor/ wall in the bathroom and at the front door felt like there was a hole in the ground. Definitely not worth the money or the stay, had to cancel an extra night because of the filth in the room the floors were dirty and not throughly cleaned or mopped. I’m hoping to be accommodated for this stay or another opportunity for the hotel to make things right.

Check in, clean your own room, bring your linens and towels to the front on your own and hope they have clean ones. Staff will make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them. Roaches and gnats everywhere. Some rooms have different amenities than others.

If you are looking for decent place to sleep, this hotel is not bad. It's decently clean, there's hot water. The downside is the cable doesn't work and the the internet works but is super annoying, also the 2 days we were here we did see 2 roaches.

Let’s start with that I couldn’t get into the room. The front desk had to inform me that “oh, for that room you have to lift the door handle”. Once in the room, found that there was no blanket, just a sheet on the bed, no toilet paper, no Kleenex, no moulding in the bathroom… no trash can and smelled musty. It seemed that it may have been a work-in-progress refurbish room, certainly not ready for guests.

The room was the worst I've ever stayed in at Days Inn. Toilet tank was draining so the water was almost constantly refilling. The towel bar was ripped off the wall. I smelled the stale air of the room on my clothes untill I washed it.

Worst hotel experience EVER !!!
I reserved a king but they said they only had a double bed. TV was broken. We had to move our belongings to a 2nd room; the TV was broken in that room also. There were NO security cameras outside, we felt unsafe. It was an adjoining room (I did not book) with no security latch. I could have opened that door with a jarring push. There was no upper latch security lock on the door. A hole had been punched left of the door, so there was no light switch to turn on the pole lamp. There were other huge patched holes in the walls. 3 light bulbs were burnt out. No trash can, no ice bucket, no coffee maker, no plastic cups, no hairdryer, no tissue box. Microwave was so rusted out it was unsafe to use. Toilet seat was too large for the base and racked back and forth in use like it was going to break off. There was not even ONE chair in the room to sit down. Hundreds of ants crawling across the bathroom sink. And yes, there was a couple of LIVE roaches crawling on the floor !!! Hotels.com said I paid the hotel, the refund must come from the hotel. I've spent over 2 weeks calling Samantha, the manager, for a refund. Each time I'm told "she is not there". Once Samantha even answered the phone, said she would connect me to the manager, and finally after 24 mins on HOLD, I finally hung up. I called back many times right then; my call went to the automated voicemail loop with no option to ring the front desk. Samantha does NOT reply to my emails. Horrible night! I demand a refund!

There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. They should be forced to close umtil the owner makes the hotel rooms livable. We booked 2 rooms one had so much mold all over the smell alone, we was unable to even walk inside. The 2nd room smelled of years of smoke, it had mold all on the ceiling in the shower, roaches ,dirty sheets and exposed wires from the air-conditioned. NOTHING was offered to fix the issues not even another room. Couldn't even get a refund to book another hotel. I paid $447.00 and all they was willing to give me was 77.80 and a bumch of lies.
