The property is older and needs some updating, carpets are dirty in places and need to be replaced. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was great, lots of food and well stocked.

Most font desk personnel seemed bored or disinterested in engaging with guests in lobby. No TV channel guide in, and total disconnect between channel guides on screen and the remote very frustrating. Housekeeping did a GREAT job each morning!

For the price you pay it was a peaceful and amazing stay. I had no issues checking in or out of my room. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good and staff made sure to keep the food trays full and clean. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was an inconvenience to the front desk employee. She acted annoyed that we needed a room key. Rooms are very old. Hotel has a very musty smell like it used to allow smoking

Excellent location. Close to the track. Clean rooms. We've been staying here for 10 years for our car club group. Never had an issue and the breakfast is pretty good too. Can't beat it.

The stay was ok. The price was ridiculously inflated because it was bike week. Its disgusting how they grossly inflate the prices. It would have been as bad if the place was atleast somewhat upgraded..

The room they gave us was unnecessarily far despite having many empty rooms up front. ALL guest had to use 1 microwave located in the lobby... the whole building smells old and moldy. There were roaches in the bathroom. Wifi does not work at all and shower was broken.

The front desk was personal was friendly and accommodating. But we stay at BW, almost every time we travel, we're members, and we were so disappointed with breakfast I've never experienced having to make our own grits, they're always cooked and ready to get with the rest of the breakfast, there was only one meat option,fried warmed up pork sausage patties, which I love, but my husband hates them, like 4 or 5 pans of them and 2 pans of dried water eggs, awful. No one making omelettes to order, free and apart of the breakfast line up plus bacon. No friendly welcoming smile or a Good Morning for that much Just a bad attitude as if they didn't want be there or be bothered either. No conversation with ANY of the guests. There was $1.00 in tip jar and breakfast was almost done. I think someone just felt sort for her, because the hotel was packed with bikers also, Even they were like NO GRITS NO BACON, Some left and to the Waffle House across the street and saw one couple with Krystal breakfast bowls. Like wow we were appalled by this, we've never seen anyone leave BW, breakfast, Not Ever, You Guys Need to Take Some Pointers From Some Other BW'S, LIKE ORLANDO, JACKSONVILLE EVEN GAINESVILLE, NOW THERE AWESOME, THEY GET 10 STARS EVERY TIME WE VISIT THEM. JUST VERY DISAPPOINTED AND OVERALL AWFUL CHOICE MADE ON MY BEHALF THINKING IT'S BW SO IT'LL BE GREAT.The room and bed was AWESOME.GOOD JOB HOUSEKEEPING. Get a better breakfast food line up and a more friendly breakfast attendant.

Thank you for your review. During your stay we had two breakfast girls working breakfast. We consistently get rave reviews about both our breakfast attendants. We are a regular Best Western and do not make cooked to order omelets. The Best Western Plus is the brand that does this. We received no complaints over the weekend about the breakfast. again, thank you for your review and safe travels.

The carpet was filthy… it had old spill marks—looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Outside of building could use an update. Everything else was okay. Breakfast included hot and cold food—more than adequate.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I came for my Birthday on this visit. My first was not great but ok enough to give it another try BIG MISTAKE. first room smelled like mildew and the carpet was wet smell so strong that we had to move to another room which had the same issue but mold in the bathroom even on the wall. The curtain rod rusted so could not hang the towel there. Had to kill several Roaches and hoped none would come home with us. The mildew smell was in our clothes and had to be washed. I know they had a bad Storm there recently and I believe the first floor may have had some flooding and they didn't notify us. Because it made no sense for both rooms to smell like mildew with wet carpets. A lot of the plug outlets were no good and what we plugged in would fall right out. Funny thing is the room we moved to was the one I stayed in on my first visit was upset that the condition was so horrible. The good things are Sheets and towels we cleaned and in good condition and the breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly. But will have to stay somewhere else next time. Very very unsatisfied 😡😔😔

If you like to sleep with Bugs, than this property is for you. I had the fortunate experience to sleep with a family of cockroaches and the fun doesn't stop there. They also like to visit with you when you're in the bathroom. Make sure to check out the beautiful art on the walls, but don't touch the art because the cockroach families uncles and cousins live back there and they will all run out and scurry across the wall. Hopefully I didn't take too many of these friends home with me in my suitcase.

If there was another hotel close to the race track we would have left this hotel. Actually kept our luggage in the car and did not shower it was so disgusting. TV was broke, phone did not have a handset cord, and when we called maintenance they came to the room and asked if we stole a mirror. Can’t make this up. If your only other choice is to sleep in a car then use this hotel for watching a Daytona race.

The power was out throughout but while one fellow was all flustered, a woman was incredibly patient and accommodating. She let me check in early after a red eye and opened the door for my room since they couldn’t program any keys. She was still working later in the day when I was headed out with friends. She continued to be so calm, helpful and patient. I was impressed! The room is okay but needs to be painted. The textured ceiling needs to be vacuumed, and the headboard needs to have the handprints and footprints polished off. The bed is very comfortable!

Waste of money didn’t even have power, couldn’t charge my phones, or laptop. As a result I lost out on money at work and got written up. Worst experience ever. Not to mention the poor cleanliness of the place over all. I shouldn’t have to fight roaches in my room all night.
