"We had to clean the bathroom before using. The toilet seat was loose and we tighten the bolts. There was rust around the tub faucet and drain. We had to replace the shower curtain due to mold. The staff was responsive to providing us a new shower curtain but we hung it up. The facility were very clean. the staff did an excellent job keeping the lobby and pool clean especially with several youth baseball teams using the facilities."

"The property was okay for our stay with our dog. There were a few things that were not great like hair in the bathroom on the floor, the sofa needed cleaning (spots and dirt on cushions) and unfortunately our TV didn’t get a signal. The breakfast was very limited and no amenities such as pool or gym. But it served our needs traveling with our pup."

"Angie at the front desk was helpful and kind on checkin. Checking out in the morning, the ladies at the front desk were engaging and fun to chat with. I had a special room request due to a leg injury, and the hotel was helpful and accommodating. A great place to stay."

"The staff was very nice. Our bathroom needed a deep cleaning! Mold was in the shower. Very loud rattling air conditioner unit. Breakfast was average, toaster was broken."

"Initial check-in was okay with the exception that we had a non-smoking room booked. Once we got to our room there was an awful smell. The house cleaner was in the hall and overheard one of the boys say how awful our room smelt. Here is when we were told that a prior guest smoked in the room 3 days ago and the had a smoke eliminator machine in there trying to get the smell out. We then went to front desk; the new concierge was able to get us the last room directly across the hall. This room was a non-smoking room and was very clean, updated and did not have a bad smell. Not sure why we were not given that room in the first place when I voiced "non-smoking" but needless to say we had a pleasant stay and did not have to breathe in that awful smoke smell. "

"Hotel is clean, but dated. We had a security issue. Two hours before check out someone used a key to unlock our hotel room door. Luckily we had top lock on. The person did not identify his or her self as an employee of the hotel."
