"Upon our arrival day one front desk girl on her personal phone. Hot water for shower was not there barely warm. This was at around 11:00 am the next day after check in. Husband ask lthe front desk about the lounge area outback and was told the propane pump for the heater did not work. Key card did not allow him to enter back into hotel once he walked out there had to walk around hotel to re enter. My husband told the lady at front desk he was not able to re enter with key card she said sorry that’s to bad. Woke up wanting to make coffee in our room old coffee filter left in coffee maker. If left in coffee machine it will grow mold gross!!!! Still no hot water only late at night. You should be able to facilitate hot water in the morning I don’t care how may people are staying at your facility. Also the very first night the smell of marijuana was awful. And connecting rooms the people next to us were loud and singing at like 1100 at night unacceptable we try to be very quiet and respectful when we stay away from home. Housekeeper was very nice gave us towels daily and toilet paper. "

"Left a security deposit for any incidentals, and upon check out was told because of my service animal there’s a non refundable deposit. No damage was done to the room; was never asked if any pets were in the room. "

"We stayed for 2 hours for the pool but west Virginia was closing roads due to a snow storm so we chose to drive home. Glad we did we got alot of snow that night. Thankful the staff let us know they were closing road later that night. "
