This was an amazing stay! The owner had extremely quick responses to any questions. The details and thought that was put into making this not just a place to stay but an experience, was outstanding. The four of us staying, continually would discover something else making it a sweet experience and we couldn’t stop talking about it. From the comfy adorable bedding, to the China, the coffee stirrers, to air fryer liners, the coffee syrups and creamers, complimentary beverages, and the list goes on. If you like shopping or just a get away, this is perfect!

We had the most amazing time celebrating a girls weekend at this home! From the moment we reached out to Amanda inquiring about the property to the moment we left, everything was perfect! Amanda was so easy to work with, going above and beyond in every way! She was so invested in making sure our experience was the best! The home was so warm and cozy and clean. Nothing was left undone. The stocked frig, the attention to every detail, the comfortable beds, the style of the decor, even the smell of the body wash!!! The whole experience was so fun and inviting. We all felt pampered! If you are looking for a wonderful little getaway in the Dayton area, you have found the place. Thanks again Amanda, for going above and beyond in every way!

Great location for i675 highway access, The Greene, restaurants, Delco Park. The house was clean but the yard had not been cut in weeks. There were a lot of weeds in the front and back yard and it was never cut during our 10 night stay. There is a dehumidifier (which we emptied twice a day) in the living room and i noticed there were two air freshener plug-ins in every room but the living room and bathroom. We had to kill 6 earwigs and 4 spiders during our stay. The earwigs gave us a clue as to why the dehumidifier and why so many air freshener plug-ins. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain (i actually have a video of it draining - it took 6 minutes). There is no window in the bathroom and the lighting is not the best for putting on makeup. We did not use the hot tub. All the rooms in the house have a country farmhouse feel about it. You can tell the kitchen cabinets and kitchen sink have been updated. We did not use the wooden utensils (forks, spoons). We went to the dollar tree and bought plastic forks, spoons, knives. The fridge was stocked with water, sodas, coffee creamers. The owner was always very nice and responsive to my texts concerning any questions or issues.

This was a great house to stay at. The yard was perfect for the dogs, it is close to amenities, and the host even has the house stocked with things you may need. The house was very clean and comfortable. We have family in the area so will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Since you have the drawer beneath the oven a couple of cooking sheets or baking pans would be awesome. Great Stay Though!!!
