"Second trip from CA to visit homeland of OH with my son and daughter. We love the location for visiting family in Kettering, Centerville, Mason, Cincinnati, and Beavercreek. We fished in the pond, catching large mouth bass and blue gills by the dozen (then release). I have nothing but great things to say about the Host & his family. "We had come to the area for a funeral in Middletown. This home was perfect for us. We were able to meet our obligations with the funeral and time with family but had a space where we could relax and reflect in a quiet and comfortable home. The host was wonderful and attentive to our needs."

"Lovely, spacious home in an upscale neighborhood with a large great room, big kitchen, and plenty of parking; convenient to shopping, restaurants, museums and entertainment. And a perfect view of the total eclipse from the large patio with plenty of seating (a roll-up awning that we didn’t need) and a gas grill which we did. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary accoutrements and basic household items are provided. The home is clean and well maintained and there is plenty of room outside...

"The house is a little outdated and smaller than anticipating but located right on the golf course. The location is easily accessible to the nearby towns. Sunsets are really nice. Very nice place to stay"

"Cute little house. Perfect location. Easy to get on and off the highway, near gas stations, grocery store, food. The street runs into beautiful city trails for a nice walk/run. Perfect little home for my daughter and I to explore the area and easy access back to the airport."

"We stayed here for a girls trip and attended events occurring at the UD arena. The home was great! Met all of our needs. Host was easy to reach as needed. The beds are a little on the harder side but overall well worth it for each of us to have our own rooms for events in Dayton. Would stay here again!"

"Check-in was simple; the house was clean and well equipped—kitchen, bath towels, bed linens. (I missed having a dishwasher, but refrigerator and stove were good quality and clean.) My tiny dog loved the fenced-in backyard. (Luckily he wasn’t scared of the 3 gigantic, but silent, dogs across the fence.) It’s a pleasant, quiet family neighborhood. Easy access to major roads, parks, and a great shopping mall."

"Very clean but older than the pictures indicated. Appreciated the budget stay though for the one night and convenient location to the Air Force museum!! If you're a coffee drinker bring your own things. Also be sure to check out the area to be sure you feel comfortable with the location 👍 Easy check in and out and great communication with the owners."

"This is an ensuite bedroom with a private entrance. It is clean, well maintained and quiet. The bedding is nice and the towels are thick and absorbent. There is a kitchenette that includes a small refrigerator, microwave and a combo (choose grounds or pod)coffee maker. The hosts have added a few light snacks as well as several coffee pods. What a nice touch!"
