The only thing that was a bit negative was the room smelled a bit musty and the shower drain did not drain very well. But the room was clean, breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. Would stay there again.

You mentioned that we only have 2 entrances and exits...at our location, we have a total of 4 entrances and exits. one on each end and side of the building. I could see where 2 of the exits are not easily seen unless you are at the end of the building, But thank you for your feedback, please come and see us again when you travel back to the area.

When we first checked in they gave us a handicap accessible room which was not needed - once in the room and into the bathroom - it had a horrible musty smell and the tub looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time - we went back to the front desk and explained and they promptly put us in another room - BUT made excuses as to why the bathroom floor looked like it did - regardless it is an eyesore and no one is going to want to shower in it - Fix it!

The staff were extremely helpful with anything we neeeded. The breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic with a large selection of food. The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've seen. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay
Hotel was beautifully appointed and very clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable (sagged and had poor support) and the thermostat in the room would not adjust below 70°. We normally set our temp at home to 66° at night and with the only blankets in the room being down alternatives, it was very difficult to get any sleep.

Grat place to stay
Very clean throughout the facility. Spacious room with 2 queen beds and large bathroom. The breakfast was outsstanding--great selection and very tasty. Would highly recommend.

Need to improve on room cleanliness, mold in tub, soap scum in tub, shower head full if lime deposits. When we got there they hadn't emptied some of the trash cans in the room and main mirror on cliset looked like someone had spit on it and had run down the mirrior it was about 3 foot long. Over all bad but starting to look very dated.

They had problems locating the second room in my reservation and were basically writing it off and going to make me book another room even though I had the confirmation number and proof on my cell. The concierge just kept saying I should'nt have booked through a third party site. We ended up get it straightened out, but i wasnt thrilled

Good morning Guest, upon looking at your reservation, the FD would have not known name on the 2nd reservation without asking you. Apparently when the reservation was made it was placed under a different name and without that information we could not look up that information. I'm sorry for the confusion. Stayed at same hotel 13 days earlier and gave it a great rating … unfortunately on our way home we had a room that needs some repair (grout, baseboards in washroom, etc). When we entered the room, the temperature was only 50 degrees and it took over two hours to warm up.

Cigarette smoke smell
Although customer service was great, the room in which we stayed on the first floor had a horrible damp, old-cigarette smoke smell. This was the 2nd time in a room on the same floor. Very nasty air quality in the room. We were credited $30 for each night of our 2-night stay. If we have a choice in the future, we will not stay at this hotel.

The check-in staff person was rude. The property and room were clean and well maintained. The in-room bathroom had Dove brand toiletries, which are great for persons with sensitive skin. Linens and bed were comfortable. The carpet in the room had what appeared to be coffee or tea stains. There were no USB ports on any of the outlets, lamps, or alarm clock.
