Quick stay in Dayton

Two night stay in Dayton for the OHSAA basketball tournament. Second year we stayed in this house and it was perfect. Location was close to the arena. Bathrooms were spacious. Would recommend and will be going back next year.

Comfortable for the whole family

We took my elderly parents to visit our 2 boys at UD for the weekend. This house was perfect. A large bedroom and spacious bathroom on the first floor for them. Comfortable furniture and a huge kitchen for when the kids joined us for meals.

Beautiful Home with lots of character

This house is beyond what you would expect in the area with a house that is very well maintained and all the amenities you could think of. Huge kitchen and plenty of place to have the family sit and eat. Comfortable beds and the charm of a well maintained home from a bygone era that is updated to modern amenities.If you are in Dayton, this is definitely one to consider!

The nicest people to rent from ever!

This property is perfect for a family that wants to gather around a table, dine and enjoy a huge kitchen space. We gathered around the table in the kitchen two times a day and felt at home. The property has statements around it such as Give Thanks, Gathering, and more. We loved the statements. Parking is very easy on the street and never a problem. I highly recommend. The owners have impeccable communication. We will rent it again upon a return to Dayton.

Great short stay

My friends and I were here for a weekend for a wedding and it was exactly what we needed. 3 couples and 3 large rooms with a king size bed each. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed - most of our meals were eaten out, but we were able to cook breakfast with no issues. There's a cute coffee shop just around the corner and a very quick drive/uber to downtown Dayton. Check in/out was easy. If ever in Dayton again, would stay here!
