With 2 and a half baths and a stocked kitchen, along with washer and dryer, there are all the comforts of home. This is a basic set up that is used as student housing during the school year, and is opened up for the summer for guest to rent.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
Dump hole. The place is fair inside, but there are tons of maintenance issues, a/c didn't cool hardly at all, grass was tall and because you have to enter from the rear, you have to walk through the tall grass to get to the door. There was leftover materials from repairs laying in the yard and porch, trash was overflowing in the outside cans, there wasn't enough towels and rags. We were only there for one night and were able to get by, but if our stay had been longer, we would've found somewhere else for sure
