Indoor and outdoor swimming pools (shared with other properties on-site, at cost). On-site car park. No smoking.. "Hillside Caravan sleeps up to six people, with a double room and two twin rooms. It is privately owned and guests are welcome to use all the facilities at the park (from March until the end of October) for a small extra fee. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a family bar, a restaurant, nightly live entertainment, a children’s club for 0-14 year-olds, Sky and BT Sports TV, archery, pottery painting, bingo and talent shows. There is also a fishing lake, laundrette, adventure playground a mini-mart and amusement arcade.

The caravan has a private terrace where you can sit, relax and enjoy the views of the beautiful Devon countryside. The large open-plan living/dining room comfortably accommodates six people with a 32" Freeview TV/DVD player and a fully-equipped kitchen.

Dawlish Warren has something to offer everyone, with its National Nature Reserve, 18-hole golf course and award-winning beach. There are excellent walking and cycle trails, cycle hire and a good selection of pubs, cafés, restaurants, takeaways and shops. There is mini golf and grand prix go-karts, as well as amusements, rides and a large, grassed play area. The nature reserve is a Special Site of Scientific Interest and the second most important site for wildlife in the county, after Dartmoor. It is made up of over 500 acres of dunes, grassland, mudflats, salt marsh, wet meadows, woodland and freshwater ponds.

The long sandy beach is a 10-minute walk from Hillside Caravan. Experienced RNLI lifeguards are on duty between May and September. Golfers can enjoy the 18-hole golf course which welcomes visitors with its; turn-up and play system and is open all year. Dawlish Warren is the ideal base from which to visit and explore the rest of Devon from the Exe Estuary to the Teign Valley, Torbay in the south, the Jurassic coast to the east, Dartmoor to the west and the historic city of Exeter to the north."
