10/10 Excellent

"You will need transportation to reach. All uphill to the hotel. Beautiful view from balcony. You are close to the church...... the bells ring every hour until 7 p.m. and briefly on the quarter hour. Restaurant under the hotel .... delicious pizza. Easy to walk about town. Bus stop back to bahnhof 4-5 minutes......all downhill. Back in 5-6 minutes."

"Some staff at reception weren’t bothered helping. Some did. There is no luggage help. The dining options are poor to say the least. However, some dining waiting staff were very welcoming and was a relief to know that something was better. The shower room leaked water in the rest of the bathroom, was very uncomfortable. THERE IS NO AC IN THE ROOM. When the temperature outside was hot, the inside even hotter. The nights were very uncomfortable despite requisitioning a fan. Generally the hotel is very tired and calling it a 5 star is a stretch."
