We had a great stay!

The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel location couldn’t be better for us, the hotel is very charming and cozy, room is well designed and thoughtful, the heated towel rail and shoe tray were perfect for drying our gears after activities, i can tell the owners of the hotel love their place and it was really well taken care of!

We liked the Dunk restaurant and its Fondue Chinoise version, which was very enjoying and tasty. If the road is covered by snow and ice and you don't like to put chains on, it might be better to use the less steeper ascent via Obere Strasse (Ob. Str.), beginning at Hotel Belevedere.

Stunning boutique hotel, feels like home

The hotel is amazingly decorated with artwork everywhere. As soon as you get it it feels very cosy and welcoming. The room was in pristine condition...with the best views on the mountains. It is located only 2 min walking distance from shops and restaurants. Buses are also 2 min away. Breakfast was really well catered for with fresh produces. There is a very nice deck area to relax. Highly recommend this hotel and people there.

Great Staff, Great Location

Amazing stay at ArthausHOTEL. The staff is the friendliest I have seen in Switzerland. Breakfast is very nice and the room confortable. The Hotel is situated just next to Jakobshorn gondola and in the liveliest part of town between Restaurants & Bars.

Service and condition good but for us, the room and especially the bathroom was way too small. Also, we don't like the fact that there were 2 small beds instead of a king or at least a queen size bed.

Schöne Unterkunft mit schönem Mobiliar. Gut gelegen, insbesondere wenn man auf Jakobshorn Skifahren gehen will. Klein, aber fein. Einzig das Bad ist doch sehr klein.
