"Everything was good the bed were comfy the rooms were clean also. Staff greet you once you check in very helpful. Didn't get in the pool by the surrounding of it was very well put together. Absolutely love the beach. We will be back."

"I loved everything! It's very comfortable, and the service at the front desk was excellent. You can't miss the rooms with a view of the beach, they're spectacular. I should mention that the on-site parking lot is very small, and if you arrive late, there might not be any spots left! But there are parking options next to and across from the hotel"

"When we checked into the room, there was a large puddle of water leaking from humidifier due to cracked tank. Super small dorm fridge with shelves and door to freezer missing. Outlet cover was busted showing wiring. Hot tub was out of order entire week with the problem being as simple as, according to man at front desk, it needed a heating element. Guests washed their feet in pool causing sand to accumulate in the pool. All of these complaints were reported to desk manager within hour of checking in along with pictures. Only response from him was “really? Hmm”. I even asked for a different room preferably with a view of the ocean as opposed to a view of the peeling paint on wall. Said there would be a $50 to $60 increase… we were already paying way too much already. Also breakfast was a joke. Apples, stale muffins wrapped in Saran Wrap, few cartons of Activia yogurt and Tropicana you pour yourself from a half empty jug. The desk manager was of no help at all but the maid was good about bringing us towels to clean the water soaked floor from humidifier which had to be done every few hours. Thanks for that.
