Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Scammer

We arrived on the day of my reservation but it is locked..the gate is chained and we couldn’t go in..and no one there to meet us..we tried many times to call the host on her cellphone and message her to Vrbo chat box but never received any response..Upto now I’m to get my money back.
