It is very safe, gated subdivision, 24 hours guard on duty, several parks that you can enjoy inside the subdivision, basketball court, flood free and in prime location. Our accommodation was clean and ready for us upon arrival. I don't believe that it is a new home. There were things that needed some repairs. Nothing serious, just came to our attention. Overall we had a great experience and their manager was very nice and informative.
