Good place with a few minor issues.

The owner was responsive. Check in process required effort...A typical problem, after 3 emails he left the keys....Davao renters often Ad, check in hours 9am to 6pm knowing flights arrive all day n night, in this regard a Hotel is better. This owner however did leave the keys...There is no parking... Security offers 500P a day which is ridiculous when overnight street parking is available for 80P..The view is great, the place, nice enough a Europe 2.5 star... There are no toiletries "none" so if arriving late bring a bar of soap. Kitchen small but ok. Showers ok 1w/ hot water other not...Value for money? NO. About 40% too high..cleaning fee much higher than other renters. Overall : renter accommodating. place ok ..value for money poor. Location decent..

Found that location is central and brilliant, however had not visited Davao in 6 years and had lots of family and friends to catch up with. Owners scrutinised these visitors and added them to the list of guests staying, whilst only reported guests by us stayed overnight. We felt that we were wrongfully accused of bending the rules. We were quiet, had no parties and were absent for a whole 24 hours and checked out early. I would like to also suggest the cleaners mop the floors. We removed our shoes at the door and had to wash our feet before bed and before putting our shoes back on. We add our feedback only so that you can compete better and do better. Either way I would be reluctant to book here again despite the location.

Beautiful view

It’s our first night and my 3 sisters are very happy and impressed with the view. I love the neighborhood and excited to explore the city during our stay. Easy access of the WIFI and the host is very accommodating! I would say I picked an excellent place to on our last week here in Davao! I can’t wait to back in 2 years
