Studio type condominium unit (32.5sqm) in the heart of Davao City, a gated and 24-hour guarded place.Building 1 Unit 101Q located in the 1st Floor.
IF YOU BOOK THE UNIT: you are expected to email your Identification IDs to me (each guest)
PARKING SPACE-there is a common open parking spot but on a first come, first serve basis, includes unli WIFI, and Netflix. All appliances inside the unit can be used, you just have to handle it with care and to use it properly
@ 5-minute walk to Catholic Church
@ 1 short tricycle ride to Mercury Drugstore,7-Eleven Convenience Store, ATM/bank, Puregold grocery store, and other restaurants.
@ 5mins ride Jolibee, Mc Donald , KFC and other restaurants.
@ 10-minutes ride to SM Lanang (3.9km away)
@ 13-minutes ride to Davao International Airport (7.1km away)
@ ferry boat port to Paradise Island Samal
@ Public transportation available: tricycle, taxi, jeepney.
