You'll appreciate the sophisticated furnishings throughout including black granite countertops, leather bar stools, and a classic color palate. Balcony furniture accommodates all guests who wish to take in the dune and expansive gulf views. Interior furnishings include the following: Living Room/Queen sofa sleeper/60 TV, internet ready/DVD Blu-ray; Master/King with luxury mattress/TV/DVD; 2nd: King with luxury mattress/TV/DVD; 3rd: 2 twins/TV/DVD. Wet bar, wine cooler, under counter ice maker; stainless appliances; granite counters in kitchen and baths; well-supplied kitchen; laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Master bath has double vanity, bubble tub and separate shower. Gulf view balcony with electric grill, large round table and plenty of seating, accessible from living room and master bedroom; bay side balcony accessible from 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. WI-fi in unit. Bed and bath linens provided.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.
