"Property is fairly nice and very aesthetic. Also quite clean! The staff are friendly too! Location is convient, but the entrance is in a shopping area that closes after 9 or so and you have to take a back entrance if you come back late. Bathroom facilities are also not amazing, there are no good places to put your clothes and towel while you shower and there is only one bathroom per gender. Overall quite decent, especially for the price. Would stay again!"

"到着し、チェックインしようとしましたが、ドアが閉まっていて中に入ることができませんでした。外はうす暗く、ひとりきりでとても不安でした。他に店もないため、蒸し暑い中メールをして返信を待つことしかできませんでしたが、幸い他の宿泊客に入れてもらうことができました。しかし、スタッフらしき人がおらず（誰がスタッフで宿泊客なのか非常に分かりづらいです）部屋に入ることも買い物をすることもできず大変困りました。 15分くらい重い荷物を持ちながらうろうろしていると、スタッフに声をかけてもらいようやくチェックインとなりましたが、（どうやら宿泊客リストに載っていなかったようです。。）ドアの操作が複雑なのにあまり丁寧な説明はなく、また入れなくなるのではないかと不安で開けたまま出るしかありませんでした。 チェックインできる時間帯が限られているのであれば、そのことをしっかり記載しておいてほしいです。 次の日の朝の便だったため空港に近い場所で安く泊まることができる宿泊施設を探していましたが、次回からは少し高くてもきちんとした所に泊まろうと思います。"

"I absolutely loved my stay at Bouti City Capsule Inn. This is my second time staying in a capsule hotel in Taipei and this capsule hotel is incredibly clean and convenient! There's also private rooms if you book for 2 people. The shared area is well kept and the coolest part is that when you entire the establishment, there is a bar! "
