"First time staying in a hostel and overall a very pleasant stay. I booked a private room. It was clean, shower pressure was good and in a good central location - 10 minutes walk from ximen station. I was able to make new friends very quickly. Be prepared to carry your luggage from ground to first floor as lift starts from first floor. Also I would have preferred tea/ coffee facility in private room which was missing. "

"The staff is very helpful and the location is great A 5-7mins walk from Xi men Ding It was very nice of the staff to arrange 4 bedroom for us to ease me moving around but will be great to have a bigger locker in the room. The toilet will be nice to have a curtain so the toilet wont be wet after shower. The room is clean but it doesn't have lift so is more for a bag-packers stay But in general, I enjoyed the stay "

If you want a cost-effective, no-frills place to stay at that has breakfast and a communal hot tub to relax in, I don’t think any other place else comes close. "Rating the standard double room without window. This was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and the value for money was terrible. The room is extremely old, has cracks and dirt everywhere on the wall and zero decoration. The aircon is old and very loud. You can clearly hear the neighbours showering when laying in bed.
