Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip used bedding and leave in pile in each individual room
Pile used towels in bathtub
All garbage (clear bags), recycling (blue bags), and food waste (paper bags/green bin) must be removed from unit and placed in the corresponding bin at the back of the property
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There are people staying below you. Please refrain from making loud noises, bangs, jumping and keep tv volume at a minimum in their consideration.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed inside or on the front stairs at any time. Smoking allowed 20 ft. from door. Do not litter your butts outside.
