Separate Toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Courtyard with garden furniture. Parking permit for 1 car (unreserved). No smoking.. A cosy first floor apartment situated a 5 minute walk from the town centre and Dartmouth’s many restaurants and shops. The property, which is well equipped and comfortably furnished, has excellent 180 degree views of the river, across to Kingswear and out to sea.

Linen and towels will not be provided for any ‘extra’ beds ie z beds, sofa beds, stora beds unless otherwise requested 2 weeks prior to arrival.

One well behaved dog welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional £30 per week.
