Large decked terrace with table and seating. Spacious lawned garden with patio, 2 sitting-out/al fresco dining areas and garden furniture. Two balconies with outdoor furniture. Allocated private parking for 2 cars, 350 yards (up a steep hill). No smoking. Please note: There is restricted headroom on some staircases. There are split level stairs with different height levels.. Seaview, a beautifully refurbished three-bedroom house over five floors, with a spacious garden and al-fresco dining areas, offers some of the best views in Dartmouth. Situated in an elevated position, it’s a short walk into the heart of town down the Horn Hill steps located just a few yards from the house.

Seaview is full of character with a large garden to the rear, and every floor enjoying stunning views of the River Dart, across the river to Kingswear and out to sea.

This tastefully furnished house is the perfect place for up to six people with plenty of seating inside and out for whatever the weather.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in this property, the views from every room are second to none. The only downside would be the state of the carpets, these were vacuumed but were heavily stained in places, we appreciate it’s near the end of a season but this did stand out. Having said that would definitely use this property again.
