  • Located on the top floor of an apartment block with beautiful views of the River Dart and only a few minutes walk from the centre of a beautiful coastal resort.. 36 steps to entrance.

    All on the Third Floor:

    Living/dining room: 32" Freeview TV, DVD Player

    Kitchen: Electric Oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher

    Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

    Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

    Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Residents car park, parking for 1 car (unallocated). No smoking. Please note: no children under the age of 5 years.. A beautifully presented top (3rd) floor two bedroom modern apartment with stunning River Dart views. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped to a very high standard and the property has a high specification heating and ventilation system. It has the benefit of on-site parking for one car. It is located in the very heart of Dartmouth and is just a few minutes level walk from the quay and the many restaurants and shops Dartmouth has to offer.

    Linen and towels will not be provided for any ‘extra’ beds ie z beds, sofa beds, stora beds unless otherwise requested 2 weeks prior to arrival.

    NOTE: There are 36 external stairs or access from the street, via communal door and up a well lit stairwell to front door.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location.

Perfect apartment in the perfect location. It was our second visit and we hope to return. One small but important point is that I would expect pillow protectors, so perhaps this could be looked into.

Outstanding Views

Everything about the apartment was perfect! The views from the living room and bedroom windows were simply amazing, day and night. The apartment was comfortable and very well equipped. The only part we didn’t enjoy was lugging our suitcases up the flights of stairs. We knew in advance about the steps so I can’t complain about that. The view was well worth the extra effort though.
