This lovely apartment is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing coastal break or longer holiday.. 35 steps to entrance.

Lower Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet

Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: TV, DVD Player

Dining area.

Kitchen area: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge. Gas centeal heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Decking with garden furniture. Parking for 1 car in car park, 2 minutes’ walk. No smoking. VisitEngland 3 star.. A recently refurbished attached house on two floors in a superb location in the heart of Kingswear and with the most wonderful views from the upper floor of the marina, Royal Naval College and Steam Railway. The property is bright and airy and has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a good standard. Kingswear has a pub, cafe and marina, and local transport links to Torbay and Dartmouth are within easy walking distance.
