This neighborhood has a noise ordninace. Loud noise is not allowed on property 10pm-6am. You will be charged a $50,000 fee for any noise complaints reported.
Please don't destroy any furniture and/or art on walls. You will be charged a $10,000 fee for any damages done to the property.
Please leave the key under the brown mat at the front door when leaving the property. Any keys not returned, will result in a $10,000 fee.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
