"Lovely setting and beautiful gardens. Cleanliness of our room a notch below our standards ie carpet in our room not vacuumed, long hairs on the bedding. "
"Was not sure what to expect as last minute decision to stay but we were very happy with the tucked away room we got. Lovely fit out / safe etc pub food was really appreciated as well. Would stay at again."
"Just a lovely spot, 5 minutes driving from town and the shore in Newcastle, 15 or so to some great hiking trails. Grounds are very nice and there’s a gentle climb down to the river, a beautiful spot on the patio to sit out for a drink or morning coffee — and the breakfast was excellent as well (I had to go for the Ulster Fry (similar to the Full English) both mornings. "We had a room on the 8th floor with a view over Belfast. The room was spacious with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of voice and the hot elements were served to the table. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fitzwilliam and would definitely recommend it. "
"Second time at this hotel based on price and location. Suited our needs and the breakfast was really good. Room comfortable although no AC available. "
