This is the perfect home to enjoy with your entire family!
Cozy up to the fireplace in this charming luxury home, located in prestigious Lake Forest Estates. Home is completely remodeled and has 3 bedrooms that accommodates 8 guests, 3 full bathrooms and a large bonus room with home theatre, bar table, poker/game table and 2 sofa beds that accommodates 4 guests more. Outdoor patio deck has a BBQ grill, table and fire-pit to gather around. - 10 min. away to Downtown Mobile and 5 min. to I-10..
The space
There are 3 Bedrooms, with the Master being upstairs, and there are 3 Bathrooms. The Finished Bonus room has 2 nice Leather Sleeper Sofas that sleeps 4. There are Towels, Extra Linens, Pillows, Blankets and Throws, are located in the hallway closet downstairs. High Speed Internet & Wifi, Netflix, Amazon, and other Entertainment apps are Free at our place. there's parking enough for 4-6 cars, but Parking is Prohibited at the street. Propand Barbecue grill, Propane Fire Pit, and Electric Smoker are located on the back porch with an 8 seat outdoor Teak table.
