Quick weekend visit

Visit with college kids

This place was perfect for visiting with our two college kids. Plenty of rooms, well stocked, and close to campus/downtown. We had an excellent stay!

Classic Beauty

We loved our stay here. Convenient to all of our favorite things like the Boyle County Public Library, Danville High School, and The Hub! The furnishings were beautiful, we enjoyed the art and the classic touches found all around the apartment. Thank you to our gracious host, he was so easy to get in touch with and was a great communicator.

Quick trip to Centre College

In town for a sporting event at Centre College, hubby & I spent 2 nights at The Green Door. Meticulously clean, beautifully furnished & a great location make this a highly desirable place to stay. We walked the 2 blocks for dinner, coffee & breakfast with little need to move our car!

Perfect get away the Green house

If you want a place with all the charm and comforts of home the Green House is the perfect place Fine art and comfortable couches with perfect spot to read and enjoy the finer things in life. Make sure to visit the coffee shop around the corner ( coffee stacks) good coffee and scones. The farmers market is excellent as well.

Great place to stay in Danville

David is an excellent host. We hosted holiday gatherings throughout our stay and this property had everything needed to host dinners, brunch, fun, and games. If anything was needed, David provided whatever we needed. This is our third time staying at this home and won’t be the last!!

A Stay at Green Door

The Green Door is a great place to stay. It's quiet, clean, comfortable and close to everything in town. The whole process was easy and efficient. I have no complaints. I get to Danville at least once a year. I will, from now on, see if Green Door is available when I need to be in town.

Wonderful visit with sisters!!!

My sisters and I were highly satisfied with everything in our apartment. Very neat and clean spacious rooms. The owner was very friendly and always there if we had a question or concern. I would highly recommend this to anyone for a girls get away. Perfect for parents coming in for College graduation also. Also easy to locate and close to restaurants and other shopping. Really pleased with our visit!!!

A quaint house in downtown Danville!

This house has charm and history. It is located right in downtown Danville. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The house was clean and comfy. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Immediate communication when leaving any messages with him. His hospitality was wonderful.

A Beautiful Home

I booked this house last minute on a decision to get away for a personal retreat. The house was all it showed and more! Since my plans were to stay in for the time staying there, I found the home to be an oasis to rest and restore at. The internet worked well, the furniture was cozy and extremely comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect for my weekend plans. This is a great spot, within walking distance to restaurants downtown, quiet, beautiful rooms with gorgeous furniture! I highly recommend and I definitely have plans to come back for future personal or writing retreats.

Had a great time and felt very welcome

David was great. Easy to get a hold of and talk with as we approached Danville for our stay. He was also easily reachable and helpful while we were there. The apartment had great southern charm with plenty of beautiful art. It was great for the adults vibe but wasn't too dolled up to the point that the kid's couldn't comfortable. They also liked it! Lots of space for a family of four to stretch out. We'll definitely stay again when we come back.

Nice apartment

Loved the apartment with two minor issues. This is a second story apartment so you need to haul your stuff up stairs, second issue is parking is tight, if you have a larger vehicle it may not work. Otherwise everything was great.

A nice house

The house and host are not the issue with this rating. The owner was very accommodating and nice and communicated well with us. I was not able to make the trip as I had to work but my wife and daughter stayed because my daughter was in her friends wedding. The owner stated that they needed to park on the grass in the front yard. They didn’t feel comfortable doing that and he also stated the workers remodeled a home next door to him and hit his car three times. That’s not something they felt comfortable with. They decided to go to a hotel. I would love a refund of at least one nights stay. I understand it probably won’t happen due to it was not able to be re rented for the weekend.

The Green Door

Overall, a very nice property. It's an older home, but very well maintained. A great location for the college and the downtown area. One criticism is the parking situation was not great. The property shares a driveway with the neighboring house, and the driveway is not paved. Not a huge issue, but we happen to be visiting during a very rainy few days, and the driveway was incredibly muddy. Otherwise a very nice property and the owner was great to deal with. Would recommend.

Beautiful home great location

Visiting with my mother and children. She grew up in Danville. This was the nicest rental I’ve ever stayed in! Great location. Can walk everywhere. If ever back, would love to rent again.
