Two-story residence accommodates up to seven people in comfort and privacy: light-filled Great Room with gas fireplace connects to recently renovated kitchen; four bedrooms (one outfitted as library/study with trundle bed); two full baths; cathedral-ceiling entry/breakfast area. Wrap-around deck with dining table and screened-in playhouse provide additional places for relaxation.

This location offers a range of year-round activities, including:
- Downhill skiing at Ragged Mountain (10 minutes away) and other nearby resorts (Sunapee, Loon)
- Cross-country skiing, sledding, and snow shoeing on the premises and beyond
- Hiking, biking, and scenic walks on lightly traveled roads, Northern Rail Trail, nearby mountains (Ragged, Kearsarge) and the White Mountains (one hour north)

What a gem!

I only wish we had found this house sooner! You can't beat this location year round - it's only a 2 minute drive to Ragged Mountain Road, and is also close to Newfound Lake. There is a large mudroom, a new fully equipped kitchen, and a huge yard with perfect mountain views. The owners take excellent care of this property, and communication with them is lightning fast. We will be back!
