Walk out the back gate to the path leading to Ritz Cove and the Monarch Resort for dining, a day at the Spa or Beach. Interior has Westin heavenly bedroom, Restoration Hardware, and Zee Gallerie modern interior very elegantly designed. This beautiful property sleeps 8 and is part of a one-acre estate. Three homes total right on the golf course with views of Ritz Cove. Book all three for weddings, family reunions, and get-togethers. 30-night minimum stay in this guard-gated community. Three Plus monthly stays include membership to Spearman Monarch Links Tennis and Pool/ Spa.

    OUR COVID 19 CLEANING IS TOP SHELF. 14 HOURS OF CLEANING WITH COVID DISINFECTING CHEMICALS ON ALL SURFACES. LINENS GO OUT FOR PRESSING AND LIGHT STARCH. ALL FABRIC FURNITURE AND CARPET IS SANITIZED. PROPERTY IS VACANT FOR 48 HOURS BETWEEN TENANTS. PROPERTY WAS COMPLETELY REMODELED IN 2020.
