Beautiful Home

This 4 bedroom home was the perfect place for 3 couples and two grandchildren to spend two days together. Plenty of space for hanging out together inside or outside. Beautifully furnished, too.

Wedding in SJC

Beautiful home; all the amenities for a comfortable 6-day stay for 7 people. Great location, easy walk to Capistrano Beach and easy access to PCH and I-5 for day trips. Our host was easy to contact and very responsive! Would stay here again and recommend it highly!

Great stay!

Our group of 8 had a great weekend stay here. The house is even nicer than the pictures and was perfectly clean. There’s so much space to relax. We were just disappointed we didn’t have more time to enjoy the space!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

Our stay at Teri’s property was fantastic. She was a helpful and communicative host, and even left a treat for us as a surprise which was a super thoughtful touch! Check in was easy and the home is absolutely gorgeous and super comfortable. The hot tub is an added bonus! This place is well located and I’d definitely recommend it.

Great House!

This was a great house in a very convenient location. Nice interior layout for families with comfortable furnishings, interesting decor and views to the ocean from several rooms. Well provisioned with amenities including bike and beach chairs. Teri was a great host, and this house is our first choice for future visits!

Beautiful Stay in Capistrano Beach!!

Teri's home in Capistrano Beach was absolutely Perfect for our family stay over my daughter's wedding week in Dana Point. It was spacious, clean, peaceful centrally located with close proximity to the beach, restaurants , freeways, Costco, and most importantly our wedding venue in Dana Point. Teri's hospitality and Aloha Spirit was truly over the top with her attention to detail and availability for questions. In addition, the check-in protocol was flawless, with no codes to memorize or gate to get through.

Great property for our family!

Our youngest son was getting married in San Juan Capistrano and we needed a large home for our stay. This was the perfect location. Plenty of room, very clean, all of our needs were met. Communication with the owner was prompt and detailed. Stores are nearby and freeway access is easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better location and home for this special weekend for our family!

Family Wedding at Dana Point

Wonderful home! Was ecstatic that the house exceeded our expectations in terms of bright spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice sheets. There were so many areas for family to drink coffee, eat meals, bbq and enjoy social time while having nice private rooms to retreat. Master bedroom and bath was spacious and perfect for mother of the groom's needs. Highly recommend!

This is a great house

The difference between a generic VRBO rental and someone's actual house is apparent everywhere, from the neighborhood you are in, to the many live plants, art, etc. The 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms were great for a family getting ready for a wedding ceremony. Bedrooms offer privacy from one another. Lots of great patio space. Teri is great with proactive communication. Everyone in the family commented on how nice this house was for our stay.

All The Comforts of Home!

Spacious and beautiful! Perfect location for the family wedding we were attending. Our 96 year old dad had the bedroom downstairs with a handy walk-in shower and built in bars (unexpected, but appreciated!) Owner was so nice and accommodating! She found a pair of pjs left by my son and offered to send them to us! She went above and beyond!

Lovely Escape for NYE

This home is amazing and the pictures do not do it justice . It’s a large home with a comforting feel . The home was spotless , check in and check out seamless . The home is decorated tastefully and close to shops , restaurants and grocery stores . Our family and friends truly enjoyed our stay .. The cherry on the cake is the host, Teri was very responsive and informative . Leaving us with a wonderful sweet welcome when we arrived . Book this home , you will not regret it.

Paseo Pinzon

Everything was great, except the AC did not work at all for downstairs and marginally for upstairs. Made it uncomfortable at times even though we were close to the ocean. Nice house, good layout. House appears to have been built for someone 5' in height. All the sinks, countertops, etc... were way to low for most adults. Able to work around that, but if someone very tall looks to rent the property it could be a REAL issue.
