"We stayed one night in Brugge at Novotel and it didnt disappoint. Having stayed at Novotels before, i knew what to expect but this hotel exceeded expectation! The room was perfect for our family, with a pull out bed for our youngest. The hotel is clean and stylish and positioned perfectly to explore Brugge. Breakfast was also fab and enjoyed making our own belgian waffles ar the buffet! The only negative i would say, is that as a hotel guest, we should have received discounted parking for our stay from the onsite car park."

"Hotel location and facilities were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had an issue with the AC unit inaide our room, it was troubleshot and eventually we had to be moved to a different room. Otger than thia our stay was great."

"Fantastic location in a prime area. The room was spotless and perfect for my small family. The only downside was the extra charge for a baby cot a bit unreasonable, in my opinion. Otherwise, I couldn’t fault this hotel. "
