The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator kept our drinks ice cold and the microwave was a plus. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was ok, not much to choose from, but not bad. The pool was closed, but we wasn’t planning on swimming anyways. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room was clean, fairly comfortable bed. Fine for exhausted travelers needing a few hours of rest. Pool was not in working order. Did not have breakfast at the hotel- looked like some cereal and breakfast muffins would have been available.

Having to have our room keys re-imaged each day wasn't pleasant. Neither was the pot-smoking guests next door, whose smoke came through our bathroom vent. That's not their fault, but. . . . The pool was drained and covered. Breakfast choices were OK and perfectly adequate. The beds were comfy, and the room was perfectly good for our needs.

Clean hotel. Good value versus other choices in the area. Easy on off from Interstate. Lots of food choices in area. Only knock was free breakfast was poor.

The check-in was good The staff were very cordial no problems there. The room was smaller than I expected. Definitely not as depicted in the pictures that are in the ad. That being said it’s OK. The room definitely needed more cleaning. The floor was sticky and both me and my granddaughter felt like our feet were in something we didn’t wanna walk in basically everything was OK except that we felt like the room just wasn’t clean. There was an odor of un cleanliness that made us feel very uncomfortable however, we did not allow ourselves to find another room and another hotel at that time, but I will not ever rent a room in that super eight in Ringgold Georgia again.

My stay at the super is always a good experience. The hotel clerk Bridgett displayed excellent customer service. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great Staff

This hotel has a terrific staff that is well managed. I go and ask for something (towels, shampoo, etc) and they spring into action! It is very obvious that this hotel truly cares about their guests and their comfort. Highly recommended!
