Very good value. The room was clean, large tv, coffee/tea/milk in the room was a welcome sight on arrival. Staff very helpful and courteous. Poor staff only in the bar as they seemed short staffed. For a 5 star hotel is was not very good. But we still had to pay £7.00 service charge for every round of drinks. So 2 drinks cost us £24.00 but had to wait about 20 minutes for each round!

Super friendly staff who were all incredibly informative and helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities you could need. Slight leak in the bedroom window but it was incredibly windy and lots of rain fell overnight!
