I cannot say i liked anything about my stay. The rooms smelled and there was drug use in the connecting rooms. The front desk wasnt knowledgeable and did not acknowledge the drig use after ot being brought to their attention. I kept rhe large recliner in front of the door to help feel comfortable. Will not return ever and regret wasting my money.

Your front desk staff was absolutely obnoxious, terrible and rude and more so. The bathroom sink was not draining as soon as i checked in I noticed that and I requested either correcting it or giving me a different room, clerk was very unprofessional. I arrived around 3 pm its a long story. She told me I can stay like it is and will be addressed next day or I get the refund. Finding last minute property is expensive. I was supposed to stay 4 nights. She would not help to resolve the issue, expedia was equally uncooperative to relocate me. Would not recommend your hotel to anyone.

Awful experience, check in staff WONDERFUL , clean room/bldg. Room had a broken chair lighting was dim, only decaf coffee was available, and our room had no towels. There was no staff available in the morning to request towels.

They charged a smoking fee after I checked out and I don’t smoke along with the fact that I’m a cancer patient and was having surgeries. The room was furniture was falling apart and the bed was like sleeping on coils.

Check in clerk was very unprofessional. We left after one night of a 9 night stay. Room was dirty and run down. However, the manger the next morning was very accommodating. She issued a full refund and ask us to give her another chance sometime.

Rethink this one
Dont confuse this one with the Sonesta ES Suites on Waterwood like i did. This place could be made into a nice place. But the manager doesnt want to do the kittle things that would make a difference...3 of the 4 days there was no regular coffee available..you get ONE chair in the room and ONE nightstand. Very limited cookware. And ZERO Housekeeping and nothing inside the room the keel them clean yourself. Like brooms, mops, dish soap or spounges, etc. So, its impossible to keep clean yourself. With a little management tbis could be nice. But until then its no more than a 1.5 star hotel.
