Renaissance Legacy West

This hotel is fabulous in every way! Perfect location! Great restaurant and bar in the hotel and many shops and nightlife within walking distance. Very clean and upscale. Highly recommend

Walls seemed very thin. You could hear everything from room next door. Had to call front desk with noise complaint at midnight. They did respond rapidly and noise stopped.

Not so great stay

Wifi didn't work in the room, We were suppose to have a microwave in the room when we got there but ended up having to run one down. The thermostat kept readjusting to 78 degrees. Had to deal with all of this with a baby as well.

Overall the hotel was consistent with expectations, but the carpet in the guest room was rippled, not particularly clean in appearance and needed replacing or restretching and cleaning.
