1st of all. Parking was a hassle. Someone works at Valet parking said that We have to take our luggages from the parking garage walk alongside to the building, because the front door is on construction. So We did as we have no other easy way, until the host from Amyfinehouse told us we can unload our stuff from the front building door! The Unit that we stayed is nothing like the picture as they advertised. The whole building & unit has strong odor smell that i can not breathe. I was suffocated . The only thing i feel good about is the staff, they were very helpful and very nice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Amy FineHouse in Dallas! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the property really stood out, and it felt welcoming from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do while still being quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the amenities were great, and the entire home was well-maintained. Amy was an outstanding host, providing clear communication and making the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out. You can tell a lot of care goes into ensuring guests have a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Amy FineHouse to anyone visiting Dallas. Five stars all the way!

The place was nice for a long stay, clean enough with not enough TP for the days booked yet peaceful inside the unit. Many people hanging out outside the building though never fealt threatened. Good spot. ** one thing was uncomfortable. Was that on the next last day or a day before that someone without our knowledge had come in to the unit to change a lightbulb on top of the stove! That was very uncomfortable and will not book at that place again.

Great spot within walking distance to downtown and the farmers market. We had a lovely time. A little noisy Friday night with an afterparty, but otherwise a great stay. The apartment itself was nice and accomidating. We'd stay again.

The property was very spacious and clean. I love that there was a valet parking for our car. I will definitely stay at this property again

The property was nice, surrounding area felt a little questionable but we had no real issues. The hot water ran out towards the end of our stay but everything else was good. I would stay here again.

This apartment was beautiful, with excellent views and comfortable beds. The only complaint that I have is all pf the homeless people in the surrounding area.

Historic building converted to a bunch of funky urban flats. Close to Farmers Market and a few cool dive bars. Pool is nice too

It was a really pleasure stay , the apartment was so nice and comfortable the view form my unit was unique specially at night, overall I would say that went over my expectations.
