When we arrived we were told they weren't sure we had our two rooms that we had reserved. The staff mentioned something about cleaning issue. Our party was 4 adults and 2 kids. The rooms that they suggested would not have accommodated our needs at all. Standing in the Hyatt loby, I ended up opening another app and booked a hotel right next door.

The staff was amazing! The room was great! A few things could have been better. There was no a/c in the dining area the two days we were there, which was uncomfortable. The bar ran out of Coke and Sprite, and one night couldn't order food because the grill broke down. For such a reputable hotel, I would think these types of things wouldn't happen. Especially on a weekend.

Called for an early check in the day before and was approved. However once i arrived I was told their was not note on my reservation and would not be able to check in early. Also was asked to receive a call or text when the room was available and did not receive one. Once in the room their was no towels stocked in the room. AC was also out in the lobby.
