The guy at the front desk was super helpful and told me where to park to be closest to my room! And he put me on the ground floor without even having to ask. The room was great upon checkin. However, aftet time i noticed some things. 1,the carpet is stained and sticky in the living room area. 2. The drain smells AWFUL in the kitchen sink. I poured some dawn and ran the disposal and hot water but it needs some care 3. I went to take a shower and im soaking wet when i notice the shampoo and conditioner containers are empty 😭😭😭 ive never experienced that. And it was far too late for me to try and wait for the issue to be solved then. Also standing in the shower is awkward as the floor caves in so the walls of the tub are sloped, super weird. I didnt get a chance to try the breakfast. Id probably stay again just request a different ground floor room. This was room 122.

We came with our family and another family and we all had a great stay. Our kids swam all day as we grilled and hung out in the pool area and it felt like home. Chris was awesome and helped with all our needs which made are stay that much better!! We will definitely stay here again.

The carpet was dirty and had had an odour in the room. The washroom shower had no pressure and made it impossible to take a shower. Staff was good, the overall hotel felt fine but the room itself was not good.

this property was older inside and more run down than the pics showed. front desk daytime staff was not friendly. breakfast was delicious and it sucks that I can't use my Hilton rewards bc I booked with Expedia and not directly with hilton
