Had to switch rooms in the middle of the night because the air was not working and floor looked like it had just been done. Also, sounded like the window was open all night could hear cars from the highway. But thanks to the great staff we were given another room. Overall great place to stay.

The hotel was full for the total eclipse and there was no made service that weekend. Our phone didn’t work to call the front desk so I had to go down there and wait in line while other people checked in and then tell them we need towels, washcloths, shampoo, shower wash. Everything was empty. The first day our room smelled like sewer.

The good: Pretty dining room, sufficient parking, really kind staff. My kids loved the pool. Really comfy beds. The not so good: Our shower looked like it was under construction and wasnt the cleanest, big roach in our room, new dirty spot on carpet, they ran out of breakfast the last day of our stay so we had to go get something, pool seems like it needed to be cleaned as it was very cloudy. Food on trash not cleaned off our entire stay. All in all, I'd give this hotel a 6. It wasnt the worst.

Front desk customer service was horrible, Maria was her name I explained my situation to her because of the problems I already had with the ac not working in the room and the fridge not cooling there were also flying bugs in the room in which we had to kill. Now the GM had already spoken with me and took care of everything, but since I had to check out and some things were not taken care of I went down to the front desk and addressed my concerns and Maria was rude and disrespectful to a paying customer who not one time had attitude or was rude to her. She had the worse nasty attitude. As I walked away she slammed her hand on the counter talking about me to another guy that was there so i walked back and stood there and she looked stunned, I said no don’t mind continue I would love to hear what your saying and she tried to blow it off and act like she wasn’t talking about me. I don’t recommend anyone going there it’s the worst and I will be sending a email to the manager and better business bureau along with leaving a bad review with pictures.

It's close to the Galleria Mall which was a nice place to get out and shop. It's also right on the 635 loop so easy to get onto the highway in any direction you need. The only complaint was the beds weren't great. But that's most hotels. Otherwise the staff and facilities were excellent. We will be using this location for any future Dallas trips.

Staff were welcoming. The hallways smelled and looked clean. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was plentiful with many choices, included scrambled eggs, omelets, boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy as well as a variety of breads, etc. Coffee available at all times.
