This place is perfectly located being 20 mins from DFW and 10 mins from Love Field and surrounded by some of Texas best restaurants, bars, parks, the Katy trail , and even the American Airlines center where the Mavs and Stars play is a 8 min walk! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom loft in the heart of the city is definitely a gem!

Waste of Money

Apartment itself is hard to find because the complex is confusing. Once we finally found it and got in the smell of marijuana was awful and absolutely overwhelming. The whole apartment had obviously not been cleaned. There were crumbs and things all over the rug and throughout the apartment. We were able to park in the parking garage. Manager said they would handle the registration of vehicle to avoid towing all we had to do was send spot number and license plate. Did that immediately after arrival. Had a message at 1 am that we needed to get on the website and register ourselves to avoid being towed. Luckily our vehicle wasn’t but the communication was awful. Honestly would have rather slept in my car.

What a Disaster

The day of our trip we were contacted by the property manager who told us we would not be able to access the garage. We were later contacted by her assistant to arrange escorting us to the unit. We had to wait 30 minutes once we got to property. The hallways of the complex reeked of pot, as well as the unit. Once we walked inside I could immediately tell the apartment had not been properly cleaned. There were dirty dish towels left in kitchen, dirt countertops and table, sticky syrup residue on livingroom tables, dishes left in dishwasher, spilled detergent on top of washing machine, etc. We contacted the assistant who agreed to give us a full refund of we decided the unit was too dirty to stay in. After noticing how dirty the bottom of my feet were after walking barefoot in the apartment for 10 minutes we decided to cancel our stay and had to find a hotel room. On top of the apartment being dirty and smelling bad there were no toiletries, iron or ironing board provided. The assistant agreed to issue a full refund. Wr contacted the property manager to let them know of the issues and we would be leaving and expecting a refund and we never heard back. We have now had to file a complaint with BBB and gone through our bank to dispute the charge. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.
