Great location and plenty of room

The stay was great. We stayed for an event at the convention center and the location was perfect and walking distance. We arrived late at night and outside downtown is a bit sketchy but there was security on site that we saw and had no issues with the valet even at 1am. The place has plenty of room and clean. Amenities on site were awesome. Wish we had more time to enjoy.

Great location

I was in town for a wedding and needed a residence Downtown. The was the perfect place! Very good living arrangements and didn't disappoint. I will definitely be renting again

Trash, dirt, empty water bottles under beds. Noisy, there was a drunk man passed out beside the door next to ours. We and others couldn’t get into building with barcode sent to us… this was aggravating at times and dangerous due to the neighborhood..When calling the VRBO there was no answer and or the mailbox was full, and you couldn’t leave a message. TV wasn’t working, needed to be reset and new batteries for remotes. Overall not a good stay. Wouldn’t recommend area or this place to stay. Especially when ourselves and others couldn’t get into the building!!

Spring Break

Great property, clean, quiet location. The only thing I would change is better Wi-Fi and water pressure in master bathroom is low. But an awesome property overall.

Convenient charmer

We had a weekend event at the Convention Center and this was close enough we could walk. We also appreciated the free valet. It has a nice little bar/restaurant in the bottom (outside entrance) that had very good food. The apartment beds were a little hard for my liking. Overall it was good for what we needed.

Sketchy booking process and dirty apartment

I was shocked when I was contacted that I would need to send pictures of my debit card and driver’s license to hold the booking. This wasn’t listed anywhere in the description for the listing. I tried to get around it because it felt VERY sketchy and unsafe but they wouldn’t budge. The property was in an unsafe part of town (the valet who were very nice advised us not to walk anywhere). Then the apartment had not been well cleaned. There was a hole in the wall of one bedroom and a tampon applicator on the floor of a bedroom along with other bits and pieces of trash. Also, the kitchen sink water pressure was almost non-existent. It’s definitely a lot of space and bang for your buck in that regard, but not worth it overall.

Kind of Scary to go out side

Location was kind of scary. Lots of homelessness people , we came a day later because American Airline canceled our flight on the 31st and we can’t get a refund fro you guys or from Airlines
