"Photos of apartment were misrepresented on Expedia. Bedroom rug dirty. Everything was outdated. Terrible scent with plugins covering the musty odor. No communication was received until I had to contact host to get address and key code when we arrived. Tried to reach out to host regarding a partial refund because of Hurricane Helene hitting Atlanta and Florida but said we had to cancel prior to checkin Date. Tell me how that is possible when hurricane took a turn so no way to cancel before end...

"Upon my arrival.i didn't know we had to walk down a hill to enter the apartment.2nd problem was the plastic on the beds that caused the mattress to keep sliding off.3rd was the light over the book case that you can't turn off unless you turn off the ceiling fan,which made the room too hot.so I had to sleep with the light on ..overall the apt is cozy .last but not least,why must I remove the linen from the beds if I'm paying the cleaning fee .."
