We now offer Electric Vehicle charging free of charge! NEMA 14-50 so bring an adapter if needed. Our family has lived in this beautiful State for over 30 years. Charming getaway

This is a very cozy cottage, and we really enjoyed our stay! The listing is accurate, with pictures and descriptions of everything that is included. Our family enjoyed many local attractions, and we found things to do for all ages! The host is very kind and made sure we had a great visit!

We loved this property! The cottage was very charming and had everything we needed. The host was very attentive to our needs. It was 4 of us ladies and felt safe in the area. Great location to go shopping in close by Dawsonville.

Really cute place good location everything was as described. Couple of minor issues with sinks, but they were addressed rapidly and to our satisfaction by the owner. Excellent communication with the owner highly recommend this listing.

Just perfect!

The home was just perfect for a sisters weekend during Gold Rush Festival . It was close to town, wineries and shopping. We had a campfire and so many goodies that Jo left for us. Jo was always available to talk to. Thank you for a great trip.😊

Cozy Cottage with a Super Host

This cottage was in a great location, loaded with all the amenities you could want or need and very cozy. Our host, Joette, was exceptional. So friendly, accommodating and thoughtful. A few suggestions that we enjoyed: the butterfly farm, Accent Winery, Shenanigans, Spirits Tavern, Alpine Olive Tree Shop, Red Oak Lavender Farm. A must do, especially if you plan to indulge in the wine & spirits, get a ride with Mama's Taxi. Mama is a hoot and will get you there and back safe!

So cozy. We loved everything!

The cozy cottage was perfect for us in every way. We all enjoyed the comfort, sweet, cozy decor, and the treats that Joette left for us. She thought of everything! The living room seating was very comfortable and we really loved the throw blankets and candles every evening. In the morning and evening, we enjoyed our beverages on the screened porch with comfortable outdoor furniture. The location was perfect because you were surrounded by trees yet not too far away from town or so secluded that it felt creepy. My teen daughter loved the upstairs bedroom with her “own” bathroom and my pre-teen son liked the loft area. The beds were comfortable, and everything was in good working order in the home. Joette could not have been more accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! We only stayed 3 nights, but we’d love to come back and stay for longer next time. Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful home, you will love it too.

Lovely Cottage Near Dahlonega

This is a lovely, sunlit cottage in a quiet location about a 10-minute drive from Dahlonega. This is a great space for a family or two-three couples because it has multiple places for everyone to gather, yet guests have enough space to get a little privacy. Each of the two bedroom is spacious with large, comfy beds and extra seating. One bedroom opens onto the screened porch, which makes it nice for early birds. They can enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch without disturbing others. The closets in each bedroom are large enough to accommodate a pack 'n play for a baby, providing more options. A large loft has twin beds and a television and feels very private though it is open to living area below. I was impressed with our hostess who not only left us delicious pastries, wine and champagne but also had thoughtful and helpful touches throughout the cottage. The Wi-Fi was great, and it was easy for us to watch college football - a priority for some of our crew. Something I had not considered prior to booking was the ease of getting to the cottage. When I initially looked for lodging, many rentals were located on dirt or gravel roads. We happened to take our trip as Hurricane Helene was roaring northward, but since everything leading to the cottage is paved (including the driveway), we had no trouble at all. We were here for an annual bike ride, and we heard tales of people getting stuck at their various lodging establishments. I was glad that was not an issue for us!

This home is so lovely, and well-appointed. Bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you'd need. The owner was very communicative and friendly, and even left treats for us and our friends. Would definitely want to stay here again!

Highly recommend staying at this beautiful cottage! Close to Dahlonega square and wineries. Perfect for families or for a trip with friends. This home was the perfect location for our family. We were in town for my niece’s wedding. Our host was fantastic! She left us treats to share and delicious coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back in the fall. Thank you!
