Six acres of in town waterfront privacy located in Sky Country, an exclusive mountain top enclave just a short distance from Dahlonega’s historic town square. From the moment you enter our gate & meander down the long private drive, you know this is indeed 'Bearadise'. (Sorry 4 the pun).
Situated on, and surrounded by beautiful Yahoola Creek, this mountainside gem is breathtaking. With decks cascading to the river’s edge, your outdoor choices for places to take in the beauty of our home’s surroundings seem limitless. There are inside & outside porches, beautiful bedrooms, grills, a recreation room with a pool table and a spectacular old world bar. There are trails & a waterfront lounging area that oozes serenity, affording you a getaway setting conveniently located near everything & yet so removed that you would swear you were in the Alaskan wilderness. On those cool nights that seem so peaceful, sit by the fireplace and warm your heart
