The space in each of the four Tiny Homes is designed to accommodate up to 4 people. In each home, there is a king size Sealy Posturepedic bed with luxury linens in the 10' x 10' loft upstairs. There are also two nightstands and several outlets/USB charging ports in the loft. In the main living space, the sofa pulls out to a queen size bed with a Sealy sleeper sofa mattress. A cozy chair in the reading nook is the best place to curl up with a book. Our smart Toshiba Amazon Fire TV is on a rolling cart, so you can move the TV wherever you like in the house. Fresh linens including blankets and pillows for the sleeper sofa are stored in a plastic case in the laundry closet. The open kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel oven/stove, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave/vent hood, double sink, toaster, Keurig and traditional carafe coffee maker. In the cabinets you'll find a set of plates, appetizer size plates and bowls, in addition to a plastic set of dishes, coffee cups, glasses, stemware, cutting mats, mixing bowls, bakeware, knives, cooking utensils and cutlery. We provide coffee pods, mini vanilla creamers, stevia and sugar packets. The bathroom includes a large tile shower with a rain head shower fixture, European shower wand and sliding glass door.
Guests have access to the shared fire pits (there are two on the property for the four tiny homes). Additionally, guests have access to our central Huddle area. We repurposed a 40’ shipping container to house our outdoor living room and attached a 40’ wide deck to hold our Blackstone grill, prep station and outdoor games! All of our guests have access to our on-site level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger that is located on the side of Magnolia Tree Tiny Home.
Secure unique coded access will be provided to guests the day prior to check in. Your hosts live in Metro Atlanta, however our team is always close by. Please reach out if you need anything before or during your stay and we will be happy to assist!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the tiny houses. Each home was well decorated and appointed. It was great having the ramp access for our seniors. We look forward to returning.
Host was very helpful, fire pit was a great gathering area. Very personable things left in the house for you by the host. Beautiful Christmas trees in the houses. If other guest are in the house the water pressure becomes low for the other houses during showers, laundry or dishwashing. But otherwise a great stay. Would return and recommend
