Lavini hotel is a fabulous place to stay and visit! The family that runs this hotel could not be more kind and caring. I feel so at home when I come to visit :) This was my second time staying here, because I love it so much! The location is great - a 15 minute walk to town. There are bikes you can take to ride around the rice paddies and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast is excellent, made fresh every morning and I would recommend staying here for sure!

Fantastic Hotel and Location!

We had a fantastic stay here at Lavini! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! The hotel is in a beautiful area down a short path by a small rice paddy field. The area feels secluded and quiet but is close to town. There are free bikes at the hotel to use when you stay there, making getting to the town and the beach fast and easy. There is a beautiful pool and delicious made to order breakfast in the morning that is included in your stay. Anything we needed was taken care of quickly and easily. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are super comfy. I highly recommend a stay here! We have been travelling for a month in Southeast Asia and this is the best customer service and accommodation we have stayed at! Thanks so much!

호이안 가면 숙소는 무조건 라비니로 선택하세요!

우선 thao사장님이 정말 친절합니다. 필요한건 없는지 수시로 물어봐주시고 어디로 여행가는지 물어보고는 여행팁이나 음식점, 스파 등을 추천해주시기도 합니다. 룸서비스도 정말 맛있어요ㅠ웰컴드링크나 직접 내려주는 커피도 베트남에서 먹어본 커피 중 제일 맛있었어요. 조식 메뉴도 다양해서 입맛에 맞는거로 고르시면 되는데 다 맛있어서 행복한 고민을 하게 됩니다. 여행중에 복통이 있었는데 한국약도 필요하면 주겠다며 카톡으로 따로 연락을 주시는 세심함 덕분에 너무 감사했습니다. 숙소 컨디션은 말할 것도 없이 좋고 수영장 시설도 깔끔했어요. 저는 다음에 호이안을 방문한다면 라비니 재방문의사 100%입니다!

What an amazing place. Nothing but great things to say about this hotel. The owners go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and at home. Owners always available for any questions or suggestions on places to visit. Facilities were very clean and breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Das wohl süßeste Hotel, in dem ich jemals war ubd ich reise sehr viel. Man hat sich direkt Zuhause gefühlt und war Teil der Familie. Kleine, sehr persönliche Unterkunft mit Blick für Details mitten in den Reisfeldern. Alles sehr neu und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Service war Weltklasse und das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Sie halfen gerne bei Touren und allen Fragen. Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt

Just stay here.

It was a great choice. All staffs were very kind and morning meal was nice. Here is warm and cozy. Even we could use a free bicycle. We hope to stay here again.

Best place to stay in Hoi an!とってもオススメのホテルです！

最高の滞在でした。観光の中心部にも無料の貸し出し自転車で10分ほどで行けました。行きたかった料理教室やココナッツボートのツアーもスタッフが予約してくれ、さらにAOSHOWの席の確保もやってくれました。プールに行きたびに新しいタオルもあり、本当に至れり尽くせりでした。毎年訪れたいぐらい大好きなホテルです。洗濯物2ドル/kgも頼めて、チェックアウト後にまた街を周り、最後にシャワーも貸したくれました。綺麗な状態で飛行機に乗ることができました。とてもとてもオススメできるホテルです。 Definitely the best place to stay in Hoi an. awesome manager and staffs! Free rental bike to the city center, nice pool, clean room, and a beautiful garden with swings!!! Highly recommended! They booked the best cooking class and coconut boat tour, and also AO show with a good seat. Thank you guys so much! I would definitely stay again!

A wonderful place to stay for 4 nights. The accomodation is great, the pool is really good and the staff are lovely. Set in rice fields outside the town but a short bike or taxi ride in to Hoi An (hotel provides bikes to use).

Excellent hotel ,clean,modern facilities and nothing to much trouble for the owner management . The bedrooms had plenty of charging points ,effective air con and very comfortable beds. The hotel is a short taxi ride from hoi an old town but it is a cheap ride and they arrive in a few minutes when called. I highly recommend the hotel and will book again on my next visit.

We loved the location of the property set amongst the lovely rice paddies and fields which visitors rarely get a chance to see up close. The town was pretty close ad within easy walking distance and so gave us the best of both world. The room was well furnished and the beds was very comfortable. And finally the staff were outstanding in looking after us the breakfast was very yummy. We'd stay at Lavini again in a heartbeat.

This was a lovely place to stay - small modern hotel in the rice fields quiet and relaxing - easy 10 min walk to town. Tou and the staff were so accommodating - always smiling and helpful with organising cars, tours etc and even making me a special Pho in the evening as I hadn't eaten. There is a lovely pool, the rooms were lovely - fresh and tastefully decorated, the beds very comfortable and the breakfasts were also superb. If you need to organise anything just ask the owner/ manager as he will look after you and make sure you get an honest deal. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope I get to again sometime.

wonderful hotel in Hoi An

I've had mixed experiences relying on online reviews but I booked this hotel for my stay in Hoi An and I couldn't have been happier. Wonderfully comfortable with great hospitality. Located just far enough from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing but only a few minutes walk into town. I loved this hotel and would stay there again in a minute. In fact I may, later this week. Highly recommended.

A Five-Star Hotel and an incredible value!

The owners of the Lavini Hoi An Boutique Villa were amazing and did everything they could to make sure that my visit was the best that it could be. I was ready to write a rave review after my first night there when I was greeted with a warm welcoming, a delicious meal and a beautifully decorated and comfortable room. And things only got better! Midu (Dung) and Thao were quick with suggestions for things to do and restaurants. Dung introduced me to the best tailor and showed me some value brand name shops that were cheaper than those in the old town - and that's saying something because everything is inexpensive. When my bank card wouldn't work in the stand-alone ATM's, Thao took me by scooter to a bank affiliated ATM. And, when they learned that I'd have my birthday during my stay there, they had a cake baked and sang me "Happy Birthday." I ate all of my breakfasts at the hotel and many of my dinners too because their dishes were terrific. I'd just say "Surprise me" and was never disappointed. The stay was memorable and a highlight of my time in Hoi An. I left feeling like I'd become part of their family.

사장님이 친절한 작은 마을에 조그만한 숙박 느낌

조그맣고 예쁜 아기자기한 빌라 입니다. 사장님 친절하시고, 조식은 뷔페식이 아니라 그날그날 있는 식재료로 만들어주세요. (1인당 2500원) 수영장 작고, 방은 예뻐요. 뒤에 아주 작은 가든 하나 있고, 커플이서 오붓하게 조용히 쉬고가기 좋은곳이에요! 저는 엄마랑 가서 큰 호텔 숙박시설을 갔었어야 했는데, 잘못선택한거 같아요ㅠㅠ 주변에 할게없어서 무료하고, 산책할곳도 없어서 엄마가 심심해 하셨어요.. 정말 그냥 아무것도 안하고 푹 쉴계획이면 추천 +뒤에가 정원이고, 바로 앞이 수영장이다보니 물벌레, 하루살이, 날파리, 파리 같은것들이 방에 자꾸 들어옴ㅠㅠ 침대에 작은 벌레들이 막 붙어있었어여ㅠㅠ 이점 알고계시면 좋을것 같아용

일단 직원이 매우 친절하였음. 다음날 오전 7시 공항으로 이동해야 했는데 6시 30분에 조식을 준비해 줌. 시설도 매운 편안하고 깨끗하였음. 무료로 자전거도 사용할 수가 있어서 별도의 교통비가 필요없음. 최고의 숙소로 추천합니다.

Excellent three nights in Lavini

We had three wonderful nights in Lavini Boutique Villa hotel. We felt extremely welcomed the whole time. Room was beautiful and they made sure we had water and clean towels everyday. The custom made breakfast was really good and the owner Thao told us a lot of helpfull info of the Hoi An local food and about places to discover. Location was excellent, just a bit outside the Old town centre, very quiet and beautiful beside the rise fields but only 10min from downtown. Lavini has complimentary bicycles that we used to go everywhere. The hotel pool was fresh and clean and even though it was raining, we got a nice refreshing morning swim every day. All of the staff could speak English and they were so friendly and helpful. Extra points to a great bed and affordable minibar. We would definitely stay in Lavini again and have nice conversations with Thao and his hotel family.

Homestay hospitality with hotel amenities

My husband and I (early 30s, no kids) stayed at Lavini for five nights and loved it! We would highly recommend for any age. The room was spacious, with a large comfortable bed, all of the amenities (international outlets everywhere, great WiFi, outdoor shower, conditioner!) which was kept very clean. Breakfast was custom ordered and delicious - I had homemade pho and a fresh baguette every day. In large part, though, we mostly enjoyed our stay because of the incredible hospitality of the owner, Thau. He was very welcoming and friendly and we loved stayed at a family-owned hotel and getting a glimpse of his family and friends and everyday life. The location was good for us because we liked being a little bit outside of the hectic Ancient Town area but still nearby. We either used the free bikes (10 min ride) or rented a cheap motorbike from the hotel (5 min ride) to get into Ancient Town and also biked/ rode when we went exploring around the beach area. It is centrally located so relatively easy to access the downtown areas or the beaches but it’s not directly IN those areas if you prefer to be right there. We definitely hope to be back to Hoi An someday and will be staying at Lavini!
