Great for solo travellers

I am a lone traveller, but the staff treated me like family. I arrived late on my first day, but they made every effort to help get me on a tour the next day. The property was clean and nice to stay in. I would strongly recommend staying here.

Small hotel located on a main street. The hotel is new, and is very clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was basic but good. The pool is small and located at the front of the property, but is adequate. There is no 'Lift' so if you have mobility issues this may be a problem. Very good value for money.

너무 저렴한 특가로 나와서 반신반의했는데 완전 기대 이상이었습니다. 대리석 바닥에 넓은 화장실, 통유리에 발코니까지. 아주 깔끔하고, 리셉션도 아주 친절했습니다.

Un oasis en el centro

El desayuno perfecto, todo fresco y hecho al momento. Zumos naturales, tostadas, huevos, fruta, buen café. La habitación familiar de lujo. A 5 minutos del centro. El personal un 10. La piscina pequeña, pero muy limpia y coqueta. Te lo recomiendo

RUDE mgmt! They hold your passport & extort money!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL with this property. They will take your passport and extort you for money if anything goes wrong. I took one of their bicycles and locked it up. It was stolen and they wanted to charge me for a new bicycle. They have no method of keeping track of bikes. I told them out of the kindness of my heart but could have easily walked away without saying anything and paid nothing! The whole town is full of bicycles that are not locked up which is the weird thing. The manager was mean, condescending, inflexible, and I felt unsafe after the incident. They told me I could have a refund for the last night and than when I tried to leave and get my passport he charged me for half the night. The whole situation was extremely unprofessional. God forbid, you accidentally break some cheap item in the room! They will attempt to charge you full price and will hold your passport! Be careful! After I talked to the manager, I was shaken and decided to eat a banana which was by the coffee machine in the lobby. He said meanly "Those aren't free!" I couldn't believe the immaturity and childish unprofessionalism. About the property...PROS: Clean, comfortable beds, great location. CONS: walls are paper thin, my tv kept turning on by remote control of the neighbors, Breakfast was a bunch of weird leftovers (cold shumai, leftover fried fish/chicken, minimal fruits, not the best), pool is small and basically in the driveway, no garden just a living wall, loud street noise

Great stay at Khong Cam!

Brilliant stay at Khong Cam! Service was excellent, room was clean and great modern design. Reception helped me book day tours and recommended restaurants with no issues at all. Close to restaurants and walking street but still quiet for a relaxing stay. Only improvement is the sound proofing between the rooms. I stayed on the ground floor so I'm not sure what the higher floor rooms are like but I could hear my neighbour's tv and noise from the reception area. Otherwise, everything was great and would highly recommend staying at Khong Cam in beautiful Hoi An!

Great spot,centrally located short walk from every where. Staff were excellent. Would benefit from a partition between the upstairs bedrooms balcony’s to provide privacy between the rooms as is just one big open space at the moment.

This was so clean! The people always want to help and genuinely know you are being taken care of. The pool is great if you want to cool off from the heat and relax from the hustle of the city. It isnt big but we had utmost comfort whilst knowing our holiday was still supporting the beautiful locals. The breakfast is delicious - do try local cuisine as vietnamese know how to mix flavours! 11/10 guys thank you so much!

After spending the day riding a motorbike from Hue to Hoi An, it was so nice to arrive in this beautiful hotel and experienced the staffs wonderful hospitality. The hotel is exactly as it appears online, everything is in pristine condition, the beds are very comfortable and the shower was one of the best showers I had in Vietnam. The included breakfast as always fresh and there was always plenty of food to suit whatever you fancy. The staff were always so kind and helpful, arranging airport transfers and organizing tours within Hoi An. Will definitely stay again in the future.

친절하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다.

신축 미니호텔입니다. 직원분들이 상당히 친절하고 올드타운근처여서 접근성이 좋습니다. 실내는 깨끗하고 모던합니다. 수영장이 작은편이지만 아이들이 잠깐 놀기엔 깨끗하고 괜찮았습니다. 올드타운갈땐 호텔앞길이 복잡해서 호텔정문으로 나와서 뒷길로 올드타운 다녔습니다.
